Once again, this week saw us have the opportunity to celebrate our cultural diversity. It truly is such a privilege to be part of the amazing UWCSEA international community and to enjoy the richness that brings to our growth as learners and individuals.
Our Monday started with an incredible Epic Arts performance, whole school dance and Lion dance - it was the perfect start to our Asian Arts and Culture week!
We loved having Ms Marija join us and share her passion for art - we made clay pots and they look fantastic!
We were introduced to EPIC! with Ms Barb and Ms Shirin. The App has many wonderful books that we can use to extend and enjoy our reading - we can never have too many books!
Our Grade 6 buddies shared some CNY fun with us.
And then we enjoyed a fabulous CNY celebration with our parents. Thank you so much for organising such a special celebration - it was the perfect way to celebrate all the cultural learning we have shared across the week and the start of the Lunar New Year. We LOVED it :-)
